There must be somewhere out there a vigilante or vigilante group with the knowledge of who some of these beheaders are. It would be one gratifying video of these beheaders being beheaded!
I suppose this has already been done by coincidence, especially in the Russian-Chechen conflict, and I just don't know about it.
