She's still alive

Happened recently in Argentina or Uruguay - location contradiction in this case. No further information or images found.

Most disturbing head injury where victim is still barely alive that I've seen.

Sources all had other site's watermark and I'm unable to remove it on this device

Street sign thru the head, eyeball hanging out scanning the whole ER, teeth everywhere but where they belong, and a room full of doctors(?) and nurses(?) talking about what they did over the weekend while this poor guy hyperventilates and aspirates his own blood

Was he drugged up or something when it happened? That's the only scenario I've heard of when people survive injuries like this. Similar to being anaesthetised.
