I am a physician. Yes I have a fascination with gore. Yes I have worked in the ER. Yes, in cases such as this I am advocate of making a patient comfortable until they die. In this case I would anesthetize the patient and just let them pass away comfortably instead of panting in fear. Jesus. I thought I have seen it all. Now I can say, I have seen it all.

That metal piece looks like a piece from a car. Possibly a center support or even a piece of heavy trim. It sucks to see her in so much pain. Should have anesthetized her immediately. FFS...
