Everytime we see one of these 'angry mob' type videos, the comment section fills up with idiots that think it would be a good idea to have this type of justice in the first world countries. I've always tried to explain to the morons that we need to model our behaviour after the countries that are the most successful, not the ones that are shitholes like in the entire middle east.
I think this video is a good example of why people need to listen to my advice. That's just a good rule of thumb in general anyhow.

Thats exactly why we have laws and courts.

This was a boy not a man. If a man had been caught in the act of raping a child, then I feel if he gets lynched he gets what he deserves. I know if I caught someone in the act of raping my child, I would not wait for the courts. If someone yells out “Hey I think that guy just raped a kid, let’s kill him!” you can’t just go assuming someone is guilty on hearsay. This was a child who was innocent, but the crowd was not so I think the crowd should get to see how it feels to be a victim of a lynching. And I really don’t think the courts give a shit over there.

There're people I'd like to see beaten by a mob like that. But seeing that young person down there bothered me a lot.

Not only is the whole mob beat up awful, but there's quite a few hits and stab attempts by a freaking kid - most noticeable in the last couple of seconds of the video.

I agree with some of you above though - we are better then this. Well, supposed to be. Mob mentality and the "I'd do X, Y, and Z and sodomize him with a broom" comments terrify the hell out of me. It's those people that would love to go overboard in vengeance, seemingly just waiting for an excuse to do so.
