Yeah, I have no idea why the hell they would allow that to happen right before their eyes, and the only things that make sense to me would be they were dirty/bribed or they had about as much respect for the victim as his attacker had. May have been a combination of both. Kind of shitty to see it go down that way, either way.

You can even hear a taser go off but it literally had zero observable effect on the attacker so it either malfunctioned or got stuck in the victim, ahaha
