I know plenty of people in prison and they do get cell phones in there also. Good ol' USA. Is just like any other country where they film killings. Except these phones have been inside an asshole and now your using it to record. This is what happens when you come out of pocket. apparently you get jammed in the neck and a poking. On my mama!
