Indonesian Woman Hanged Herself From Stairwell Canopy
Ciamis Regency, West Java, Indonesia A 19-year-old woman, Paramita A., was found hanging from the stairwell canopy of a boarding house. According to Wulan, a fellow boarder, Paramita worked at a nearby retail store. She very rarely talked about her personal life, but she had been seen crying several times whilst looking at her cellphone. In addition, two weeks previous, two men came to the store to argue with Paramita - the details of the issue remain unclear. At midnight, Paramita returned to the boarding house, but remained in the corridor. Wulan saw her, but did not consider this suspicious, and went to sleep. At 5am, Wulan came out of her room, and found Paramita had hanged herself. |
