In the Rohini neighbourhood of Delhi, a teenager was stabbed more than twenty times by her boyfriend and brutalized with a boulder, as bystanders stared in shock but did nothing.

The murderer was identified as a 20-year-old air conditioner technician, S., and has been arrested. According to police, the two had fought the previous evening, and the victim was on her way to attend the birthday party of a friend's son.

The CCTV footage shows that, at one point, the knife appears to get stuck in the head of the victim, and S. had to shake it loose. He appears to walk off, only to return and resume beating her with the boulder.
