hot weather people don't live very long either. in the 90s my mom worked in pakistan for 4 years (we are chinese), she said average life span is 50s. as much as i love indian food, its extremely unhealthy if you eat on a daily basis. i think people in india who are unfit and want to exercise should go do a stress test before starting. all ages included. |

Holy shit. You made me wonder about the sodium content in Indian dishes. It’s astronomical, up to 20g in a single dish  My blood pressure would be through the roof. I eat maximum 1,700mg a day and barely sit under prehypertension as it is!

Exactly how it happens. I saw it first hand 1984 I was working at JFK airport loading cargo, and the guy kept stopping and then he froze, tears started coming out his eyes I guess from the pain, and he went down died right there in front of me. Next time you see a doctor make sure he puts you on statin drugs, it prevents cholesteral from building up in your arteries
