Indian Man Sitting on Middle of Road is Run Over
In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh province, an unidentified man, suspected of being intoxicated, was run over by a Hyundai driven by 40-year-old S.S., before being dragged for a few metres. A sticker and a flag on the Hyundai seemed to identify S. as a representative of an Indian member of parliament, representing the BJP party (the current ruling party in India). S. has been arrested, with him claiming he couldn't see the man. He has been charged with culpable homicide. |

I thought only the Chinese couldn't see something right in front of them in the road, with several seconds of time to react.
