Indian Man Commits Self-Immolation After Accusing Wife of Cheating
A 35-year-old man killed himself via self-immolation in Indore, Madhya Pradesh state, following a dispute with his wife whom he accused of marrying for a fifth time. The deceased, identified as S.L., was the fourth husband of the woman. Last year, their relationship turned sour, and the woman started living with her parents, while also filing a case against S. for dowry harassment. In a suicide note, which he shared on social media, S. accused his wife of having married for a fifth time. Police have been unable to verify this claim. |
