A couple were fatally electrocuted within seconds of each other. While dusting the backyard, 38-year-old L. turned on the electric motor, and received a fatal shock. Her husband, 45-year-old B.S., a goldsmith, attempted to rescue her, but was also electrocuted. They leave behind two sons.

Here's another recent Indian electrocution. No specific details however, so whether he died is something I can't confirm.

And the second guy got quite a shock when he grabbed the pole!!
Of all the ways to go, this would not be one I would choose!

I always wonder, what will my end be? You only get to die once. It is surreal watching the footage with the family mourning in the background. Tragic.

Terrible way for both to go. You can hear the pain in many voices in the background. Poor guy tired to help his wife and joined her. Maybe it was better that way

I’m always grateful for the fact that here in the uk our electricity, although at 240 volts. Will normally throw you off when you come into contact with it. Whenever I see things like this they are never able to let go.

More volts but less amps? AC vs DC? I’m not sure why. But it’s Terrifying.
