Either they stupidly were trying to cross thinking they could make it, or they were crossing and then the water rushed down. I felt bad for those kids.

Nevermind, it seems that all the children (and everyone else) EXCEPT the newlywed couple died: https://www.abplive.com/states/mahar...isisng-2727183 They ignored the many warnings in the area and were caught up in the flooding. That is so horrible for them to put the children in such danger. Terribly selfish! |
