Indian Councillor Suffers Cardiac Arrest During Evening Walk
Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India A 48-year-old councillor, Lokesh D., was talking on his phone during his routine post-dinner walk when he collapsed from a cardiac arrest. Passersby assumed that Lokesh was intoxicated and did not intervene. Eventually, a local resident realized the seriousness of the situation and brought Lokesh to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. |

Gotta love the good Samaritan finally deciding to notice that the guy who is laying in the middle of the street might have a serious problem. Of course it's way too late and he's worm food or should I say giant catfish food  I remember that some of those people like to set their bodies on a flaming boat and when it sinks low enough the giant Goonch catfish will eat whatever is left of their corpse Nothing like some human sushi for the fish !!! |

They are talking in a sympathetic tone about how he may have been experiencing chest pain then suddenly in one second he collapses. The other man at the end says he came over then but the narrator adds it was him. They sound sad.
