I don’t think I’ve seen it in any videos for several reasons. I would doubt that the majority of the videos posted here have the fidelity to show something so subtle, especially when the hangees tend to be filmed at a distance or poor angles. The videos tend to cut before the obvious last movements too which would potentially miss the moment when they soak themselves, but this is unsurprising considering someone has to make a “cut” of the livestream, most welladjusted people would cut that degrading moment out for the respect of the deceased (not us though lol). I’d also imagine even if the victim did piss enough to stain it would take a little bit for the liquid to actually soak through.

Point is you’re highly more likely to see it in antemortem photos and not in the act.

Thank you for your most pertinent question. Assuming the video is truly legit—and I'm not saying it's not... death would occur through the deprivation of oxygen in the brain, as both arteries that come from and lead back to the heart, would be compressed as viewed in the video, on both sides of the neck (causing her to lose consciousness fast), but without the actual strangulation which we have seen in most other such sad videos. However, I am not a doctor, and this is only my personal analysis. Regards.

I'd say the voiding comes much later, within hours or even days of the victim hanging for that amount of time. The videos that a here cut off soon after they are dead.

Sometimes, yes. Primary flaccidity can cause bladder and bowel voiding up to many hours after death.

But in cases of asphyxiation death (particularly among female decedents), voiding typically happens during the actual hanging process or immediately after it.
