Seems it's not a fake and that she really died.

Too bad the video don't have the sound. So it seems her death was very quick, about 20 seconds after the drop she seems down.

Thank you for the update.
It was the first time I saw a hanging lady passing out so so quickly. Usually we can see some dancing or struggling for at least one minute.

her death would not have been very quick. it would seem she passed out very quickly, so would not have felt much discomfort, but death, both brain death and full body death would have taken between 5 and 25 minutes

Perhaps the lack of suffering and thrashing about has to do with the positioning of the knot, which in this case appears to protect the trachea, as the knot creates a fulcrum high up on the mandibular osseous structure, thus avoiding the hypercapnic response and subsequent asphyxiation. Methinks.
