India - Man Beheaded His Wife And Walking To The Police Station With Her Head
A 55-year-old man allegedly beheaded his wife suspecting her of having illicit relations in Chandrasekharpur in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district. The accused later walked at least 12 km to the nearest police outpost with her severed head. The accused has been arrested.

There was another video from India a couple of years ago where a guy did the exact same thing - walk around with his wife's decapitated head. Is that a thing in India??
