Looking at the flag at the top, the tower tilted in the direction the wind was blowing. My guess is they planned to pass parallel to the power line, but the wind had other plans.

i feel they get a high from causing such events. so each time they build the tower bigger and more conductive and get more people to stay at the base of it. i thought this is a first until i saw the other video in this posting and took me a good few seconds to believe that is a different tower. it seems low IQ will run countrywide and through generations. lol.
