"Chennai: A youth who was selling drugs in Korukkupettai was hacked to death by a barrage. 3 people surrendered to the police in this connection. R. (19) hails from Korukkupet, Harinarayanapuram. He has been selling cannabis and drugs in the same area. Three people who met him on the 15th have given Rs 20,000 to R. saying they want a drug pill. But, he waved without giving them the drug pill. Thus, those 3 people have demanded a refund. But R has been cheating by not returning the money."
