Oh, the very best. Between China and India more coal and diesel fired power plants and vehicles are being added to the world's supply every year, at a rate that dwarfs their decrease in the West.

Well those westeners complaining for Diesel generators should know that technically they are Installed in countries like India and China so that the western people can enjoy cheaper products and still breathe fresh air. US is the largest Economy and 2nd largest in CO2 emissions  .
