Yeah, when he walks in, it looks like he's there to do a job. I just hope he got the right guy, and not old Stan, who was just watching the phones while the original guy was out getting a tasty noodle bowl.
I thought he had a room reservation and was just there to check in. Checking in turned ugly.

If you’ve ever been to India, I’m sure you can probably understand the frustration of dealing with customer service at hotels. Most are very rude, in my experiences.
