He’s just taking a nap. It’s common in India for people to sleep for very brief periods of time, like while waiting for the elevator or while they bathe.

Also, while they wait for someone to pull the girder off of them, or when they are quietly napping under a slab of collapsed parking lot or when they are sleeping under a concrete truck.  They are a peaceful and sleepy people. |

Almost scarier than the gore, because this could happen to anyone of us at anytime; where as, it's doubtful that "most" of us will be confronted by ISIS or the cartels (unless seeking cheap medical treatment abroad...)  |
