Must have JUST happened, as the front wheel is still slowly turning.
I seen that also. Wondering why there all plying with phones rather than trying to help him. There so upset but do nothing you see the guy move a couple times also. There’s a chance he’d of lived if they tried to free him a big chance. His head and chest was not injured meaning his oxygen was pry just restricted. What a bunch of lazy dogs
