India - Dudes Sleeping On The Ground Is Ran Over By Truck
Two men, S. and M., were sleeping near a goods vehicle at the Someshwara petrol pump near Hebri. A tipper truck, which had come to refuel, ran over them while exiting the petrol station. While S. died M. sustained some injuries.

S. had loaded bananas in his pick-up and was going to Udupi via Agumbe-Someshwara route. As it was late night when they reached Someshwara, he parked the pick up near the petrol pump and slept in front of his vehicle with two other labourers. Early in the morning, a tipper truck came to the petrol pump to fill diesel. After filling the driver of the tipper truck ran the vehicle over two labourers while turning the truck. S. died on the spot, while another labourer K. M. is seriously injured. He is admitted to Manipal hospital. Y. who was sleeping inside the pick-up escaped certain death. The deceased is survived by mother, wife and two sons. At least 1 used his brain. I think this is vid nr 3 where sleeping truckers get run over.  |
