a double whammer  A speeding car collided with a motorbike, resulting in the tragic death of the rider in Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore. The force of the impact caused the motorbike to somersault before becoming lodged on the side of a van that happened to be traveling along the same road, CCTV footage showed. The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Z. H. from Pollachi, who was accompanied by his 15-year-old son, A, were on their way to Trichy when the accident took place. A.was scheduled to participate in a Kabadi match the same day. When they were approaching Velanthavalam, a car traveling at high speed attempted to overtake an SUV and veered into the opposite lane. In a tragic turn of events, the car collided with the motorbike, launching H., A. and their vehicle approximately 10 feet in the air. Z. H. died instantly due to the severity of the collision and A. sustained critical injuries and was admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The local police have registered a case and are examining the CCTV footage that captured the accident, to gather more details about the accident. |
