 Are you fuckin mental??? Aside from the car driver literally just driving away from the accident, I 100% blame the fuckin dipshit ass scooter driver. Pay the fuck attention when you cross a road with moving fuckin cars on it FFS. That’s common fuckin sense when crossing a street while walking, let alone driving a fuckin scooter with another person life in your hands. Holy fuck. Can’t believe you actually sided with the scooter driver here as to who was at fault. Scooter literally cut the car off, fuck him.    |

I agree, It was the scooters fault. But remember, if the car driver would have not being going so damn fast, no one would have died that day.

The speed limit of city roads here in India is mostly 40 KMPH. That car was nowhere near the limit. Yes, the scooter was a stupid ass, but also car drivers should always be conscious of controlling the Car if stupids like that appear on road.
