Yes, didn't especially like the bison burger, my bison burger was bone dry. I am a city goy but have also had fresh venison burgers after my country cousin went hunting, they were delicious.

Yes in EMT school we were taught to always maintain control of the spine if you have to move someone. Sadly most people don't know this.
