India: 19-Year-Old Jumps From Water Tower
A 19-year-old student from Haryana studying at Chandigarh University, Gharuan, committed suicide by jumping from the water tank near the village of Khanpur in Kharar. As per reports, Sumit C. was going through stress due to financial problems. Before committing suicide, he attempted to cut his wrist and later jumped from the water tank. He was the only son of his parents.

Well, they weren't exactly climbing at emergency speed. Looked like they paused for 30-45 seconds on each flight of stairs, probably commenting on the view, or the weather, or the likelihood that one of them was going to die in a rail accident.
