He gave them plenty of warning, they all turned, "fainting goat" and just stood there. He drove the truck right off a CLIFF trying to avoid them, so id say he did more than most would have!

I can understand the faulty brakes but what about the horn? They could have heard him mile away if the idiot used his horn. |

If it worked. Someone did sound a city horn nearby but it was not enough. Yes, a truck air horn sounding at the first appearance of trouble, might have changed the outcome. It takes precious time to recognize the problem, troubleshoot, think what to do, react, respond.

Single horn literally 10 seconds before he start mowing down people. People walking in the front didint even look back to such casual honking. He could have saved lots of people if he didint stop honking. |
