~ Looks like the step van delivery truck on the right had something to do with it. ~ The front right truck wheel looks like the driver tried to avoid hitting him by swerving, but the wheel rim cut thru him anyway as it gave way from the turn. ~ Bald tires too, & probably with bad brakes as well. |
