here in canada we have a law called stunt driving which has harsh prison terms. personally death penalty for that guy, he did kill a completly innocent person. dwi should be considered murder if you kill someone. its not like we havn't been talking about this dwi issue for 30 years now. I have a brother who has 3 dwi, next one is a ban for life.
