They can get that car totaled pretty easy. The damage is likely significant, but not enough on it's own. But you can demand it be professionally cleaned and sanitized by hazardous material company. That costs a couple grand or more.

They’re patrolled to stop drug smuggling, but yes, you can literally just walk in, claim ‘I’m a refugee’, and they fly your economically-dependent and socially-deleterious a— to some unsuspecting community where you’ll compete (on the taxpayers dime) with Americans for limited housing.
