The US and Uk version is called a claymore mine. Iraq didn't attack the US first Iraq refused to cooperate with the UN inspectors after they attacked Kuwait. The insurgent war started when they retaliated after the USMC attacked an entire city just to get a few bath party members.

They are now cowards, this is how they fight. Technically we do the same thing with gunships and artillery. I think we should just nuke the bastards to be honest though.
