ICE are not police. They have no jurisdiction nor authority for traffic stops unless they are specifically pulling over and detaining an illegal alien.

They can stop and search anyone making a border crossing. They are NOT allowed to detain US citizens against their will outside of a border crossing. It’s called KIDNAPPING.

Their scope of authority is extremely narrow as per their mandate. Stop fucking pretending that these cosplaying clowns are real cops. They are not.

Looks like the context is this, correct me if im wrong. The first time i saw a clip of this video, i assumed she was wanted for murder or something like that, and evaded arrest.

Now, it seems that she was protesting ICE. She blocked the road and was told to leave.
When she finally realized that she might be detained for a minor traffic infringement, she was executed. So...the crime at worst - bad parking on the middle of the road, causing a traffic jam. On top of that, you can make a case for an unlawful/unregistered protest.
Both are minor infringements imo.

I've watched this many times and one thing is clear. That was not an execution for "self defense". Neither side, left or maga cult'ists can say that it was. The ICE guy clearly didn't feel threatened or see any risk of being run over. If he had, he would have taken a step to the right and that would have been it. Secondly, shooting someone whilst she is behind the wheel, and ready to drive is a sure way to make sure that if she is gonna drive, she will do so uncontrollably, due to pain/injury/death and slams the pedal to the metal. That's confirmed by the reality itself. The shots did not stop her, and she kept driving in the direction she was going to drive anyways...and the ice agent was in zero danger. At the worst case, you might try to make a case for the very first shot, but the other 2 were purely to execute and finish the job. The ICE guy had already stepped aside, out of danger.( some cops are taught to execute, not injure, because killing someone has fewer consequences than having to deal with permanent injuries or crippling someone ).

And just this morning(01/082025), some stupid bitch on the radio was saying that the roads were blocked with snow that is common at this time in Minnesota, and ICE was trying to get thru, and she was blocking them.
Where? The video clearly shows the roads are clear down to the pavement.
