They man is cleaning the would and assessing where the damage to the nerves,bone, tendon etc. They can do some pretty amazing repairs with hands restoring some of the function.

That is some serious hand trauma.. That shit will never be the same.. The tendons are literally displaced and exposed with subluxation from the medial aspect of the of (L) forearm.. Holy Fuck!!!
