He may have thrown hands before but that was not a trained or experienced beyond the block punch. He threw with his left and didn't move his waist or pivot at all. The pocket pool d-bag learned why you never come to a fight or confrontation without being ready to respond. Rule number one is protect yourself at all times. I agree that the ground caused the real damage. The KO was just caused by the lack of vision. Most KO's happen when you don't see or prep for a punch. |

the victim may have been a bit close to the aggressor but the victim had his hands in his pockets and posed no threat at least not at the time he was K.O. and killed

 You are either justified in your actions, or you are not. He obviously lives somewhere where they consider him the criminal, even though the other guy was dangerously close to him in a threatening manner. Here where I live, he likely wouldn't have even been charged, and if he did he would have been acquitted by a jury. |
