It happened in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) on 21 July, 2012.
The child was 4 years old, he died five days after the accident, and his organs were eventually donated

The bastard was even drunk: he was caught by the two men that can be seen running after him in the video, and given to the police. He was arrested, but soon freed and he's now waiting for the trial with one charge of manslaughter and two charges of attempted manslaughter.
