What part of "lay on ground, light fuse, get away" did he not understand? You can never trust Chinese quality control on fuse burn rates.
I never knew that there were racist stereotype packaging for firecrackers. If the emphasis is in the "cracker" part, they could have used a photo of a saltine cracker.
