There isn't much they can do..They could ensure some sort of burial, but unless they're going to spend the money, it wouldn't be much more than a shoe box..It's sad, but the poor thing is already dead..Sick fucks or not, they can't resurrect it..

So sad. Animals and babies are the only true innocents in this world. Animal cruelty and child molestation are unforgivable crimes. This poor child did not deserve this. Whoever left it in the gutter better keep looking over their shoulder because one of these days karma is going to walk up behind them and even the score!
