I disagree with most of you. The actual killing cut seemed rather fast to me, compared to a lot I have watched where the poor victim was struggling to breathe and even vomiting while they hacked through the windpipe. This guy screamed/gurgled once then it appeared he was dead. The remainder of the time was hacking through the rest of his neck. But he died rather quickly it seems.
