I have seen this vid before. It was a failed suicide bomber. Great vid! The americans actually killed a terrorist instead of an innocent civilian. Great job    .

Suicide car bomber bomb went off too early. US troops sent remote robot over for a look terrorist still alive vehicle could still have un exploded munitions on board so the US troops hit the car with the Abrams Tank. Seen the full version somewhere.
