Hotel Worker Tries to Scare Away Monkey with Iron Rod, Gets Electrocuted
Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, India A hotel worker, Rinku R., was killed by electrocution after an iron rod he was using came into contact with a high-tension power line. Reportedly, Rinku had only started working at the hotel five days previous. Rinku was using the rod to scare away a monkey which had entered the premises. The rod touched an overhead high-tension electricity line, triggering a loud explosion and engulfing him in flames. |
