Russia, In the bar of a Russian Park Hotel two brothers (42 & 47) were drinking alcoholic beverages and after some time they became loudly and sang, thereby scaring other visitors to come in.

The security guard tried to reason with them and eventually succeeded in guiding them to the exit, but at some point the conflict got out of hand and the guard used his fists and feet to beat and kick them.

Actually he kept on beating the oldest brother while he was already down and out on the floor and one of those blows was fatal. The man died and the guard was arrested by police and charged with deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently caused the death of the victim.

It was clearly excessive force. The man was down and no longer a threat. He carried on on pure adrenaline and it became something else.

The guy waving his arms around like he was saying "...and breathe!", and the way the guard thought slapping his face and sitting him up would somehow undead him. He knew he'd messed up and there was nothing he could do.

Yeah, his shitty probably $2.00/hour job pays him to kill people. Bouncers deal with drunks every night at the bars, they just shove em outside and that security guard looked like he was big enough to shove them out. They did the right thing by arresting his stupid ass. Any idiot knows you don`t kick people in the head while they`re down, apparently this idiot didn`t know.
