Hotel Receptionist Bludgeoned to Death by Man Wielding Metal Bar
Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand 35-year-old Wirin T., a front-desk hotel receptionist, was bludgeoned to death by 36-year-old Rattikorn Y. whilst resting on the counter. CCTV footage caught Rattikorn loitering in the lobby before climbing over the counter and striking her on the head fourteen times. He stole two mobile phones and Wirin's black handbag before fleeing. Rattikorn, who had previously been convicted for assault and rape, was apprehended. He confessed to the crime, but insisted he only intended to strike Wirin unconscious as he stole her phone and money, which he used to buy meth. |

For a Thai, this perpetrator is strangely attractive. He did an awful thing and has his just desserts coming to him (def gonna get the death penalty for this), but he gives off Richard Ramirez vibes.
