Re: Horrible Aftermath of Bombing in Syria (26/03/2015)
Sadly, my country (Canada) just voted on this matter and has decided that we will now take part in bombings alongside USA in Syria. Now we get to be part of the slaughter of innocent families, and pretend it's moral because we also killed ISIS militants in the process. If that is ok, then let me ask you this. You are going shopping with your family in a mall to buy presents for Christmas. While you are in the mall, a crazy KKK dude shows up with an assault rifle and starts shooting every black person in the mall. He even grabs hold of on black lady to use as a hostage and human shield. The police show up and after a few minutes they storm the building and open fire on this guy. During the raid, your children are caught in the crossfire and are struck by police bullets and killed right before your eyes. The KKK member is also killed and his hostage too. Was this the best way to handle this situation? Are you happy with the outcome? Do you place any blame on the police at all? Or do you turn and congratulate the officers and accept your dead children as "collateral damage" ???? That is what we are about to do in Syria. |
