Horizontally Hanged Raper
I'm not sure how they decide these matters in prisons, but apparently this gentleman was the Rapiest of them all. Despite being bestowed the title of Grand Raper in his cell block, he earned only this lacklustre bloodless insult to the Crop Gods for his behavior. G.C.R.O.D, or the Grand Consortium of Crop Gods, to use more common parlance, will be displeased.

So they can find a cam-phone no problem but something to hang him from seems to be a bit problematic, no imagination at all.

You're right. It reminds me of at least one other prison Raper hanging I've seen, in that sense. Cooperation with your killers seems like some kind of final bargain that can be struck. Exchanged for ease of passage. I'll always laugh about that 90's beheading video (Chechnyan related I think), where the dude assists his killers to take off his warm coat, as not spill blood on it in consideration of its next owner. And then they cut his head off.

Wonder if he'd already been knocked unconscious or had a severe concussion before this video? Even people that hang themselves tend to struggle more than this guy did |

If I remember rightly they shot him first and he hardly flinched, then they give him the chop chop.
