Poor guy but I have some respect for him , he could have been egoistic jumping from a building like many do, causing an accident, hurting pedestrians, or damaging cars, light poles, whatever.

hmmm 4 i dont think thats accurate we have a summer home in boulder city which now this is called th "BOULDER DAM" its not called hoover anymore and actually the reports as far as i have seen are very few....there isnt any new walls or fencing thats been put up its still like this ...i think the last attempted one was 2010..but the guy was thwarted in his attempt
