I knew a cop who arrived on the scene of two fatalities. One was a dead guy lying in the gutter who had been stabbed by the second dead guy. The second dead guy was killed by a woman in a car who saw him stabbing the first guy and honked at him and yelled at him to stop. He didn't stop, so she ran over him, and her car was still on top of him when the cop arrived. She said she was so freaked out by seeing the second guy stabbing the first guy that she couldn't think of anything else to do to stop him. She wasn't charged, but they did tow her car and keep it for 2 weeks.

When you can stand in another man's blood with your bare feet as you repeatedly stab him, you probably have a few issues.
