Hard to tell what happened to orange pants. Maybe knocked out by a glancing bullet to the noggin or got clubbed with the pistol. He feels his head as he gets up and then again as he walks away. Perhaps playing possum or was knocked out for a bit. Other guy took a headshot and was out like a light. You would think the cops could hit perp's heads like this with all the range time and ammo they get... |
