Yeah, we should just wait until the cop is dead, and then, only then, maybe, possibly, if it won't be too much trouble and the criminal doesn't mind too much, have the cop's partner respond in an appropriate manner  |

Nonono the partner of the killed cop shouldn't do anything, just ask the homeless man if he's ok and send him away with a warning. I mean I'm sure blm would go crazy if he'd get fined then they'd have to burn down their own neighborhood again!

Have to disagree here, I think it was a good shoot. The police officer was already knocked down to the ground by the time he fired, and was facing death/ grievous bodily harm from the stick. That is enough to warrant lethal force. I will also add, the police officer could have been knocked unconscious in the scuffle and his firearm could have been taken, which is another justification for the officer opening fire. |

The cops get it wrong a lot of the time, but not here....imagine if he waited a few more seconds, before deciding wether to pull the triggar, and the other cop was in the car...he was a dead cop...as i said, the cops take libertys on people...but not here...
